He has experienced many investment cycles both here and overseas, which has given him a thorough understanding of the complexity and unpredictability of markets. John Green
Partner
John has worked for more than 30 years in financial markets in Australia, North America and Asia. Both institutional and private clients have valued his integrity, commitment to service and depth of experience across all major asset classes.

Kane Baranow
Partner
Kane was appointed as a Partner in April 2021. He has a passion for the wealth management sector, having graduated with a Bachelor of Finance from La Trobe University in 2012 and completing a Master of Applied Finance at Monash University in 2019. Prior to joining Hamilton Wealth Partners in February, 2015, Kane spent two years in Asset Financing at a major bank and a boutique firm.

Michael Turner
Partner
Michael joined Hamilton Wealth Partners in July 2021 with 10 years’ experience providing investment advice and wealth management services to individuals, families and not-for-profit organisations. Most recently Michael spent time as Senior Associate with Mutual Trust and a Private Client Advisor with Perpetual Private. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Tom Hamilton
Operations & Marketing Manager
Tom has completed his Masters in Media and Communication in 2020 at Swinburne University and also has a Bachelor of Arts at Deakin University. Prior to coming back to Hamilton Wealth Partners, Tom was working in Advertising for 2 years.

Jo Kozub

Jo joined Hamilton Wealth Partners in November 2021. Jo has worked in the Financial Services industry for almost 30 years, working for both fund managers and Financial Advisers.

Advisory Board
The Hamilton Wealth Partners Advisory Board comprises Will Hamilton, John Green, Kane Baranow, Michael Turner and three independent Board Members.
We are fortunate to have an Advisory Board of the calibre we do. Our board represents different skill sets with sound experience and knowledge in our industry, with both the seniority and experience outside the industry to provide a valuable, unique perspective.
The Investment Policy Board (IPB) is Chaired by Amanda Rethus and reports directly to the Advisory Board. Also, on the IPB are Damien Hennessy MD of Heuristic Investments Services, David Wright MD of Zenith Investment Partners and the Partners of Hamilton Wealth Partners.

Greg Richards
Chairman
Greg has been on the Hamilton Wealth Partner’s Advisory Board since 2013 and has also been Chair of our Investment Policy Board (IPB). Greg became Chair of our Advisory Board on July 1, 2018.
Greg was formerly on the Board of JB Hi-Fi Limited after being a Non-Executive Director for 12 years including 8 years as Non-Executive Chairman. Greg was also Chair of the JB Hi-Fi Remuneration Committee. Greg has over 25 years experience in the investment banking industry, with 19 years at JBWere and Goldman Sachs JBWere, where he was an equity partner for 17 years, working primarily in equity capital markets. Greg was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Vitaco Holdings Limited.
Greg has a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from Monash University.

Amanda Rethus
Amanda is a Director and Co-Founder of Gateway Financial Marketing. Amanda has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and was formerly a Divisional Director in the Financial Services Group of Macquarie. Amanda has a rich experience in representing funds to the Australian market including retail gatekeepers, superannuation funds, asset consultants, research houses, platforms, boutique advisory firms and family offices. Amanda has been involved in market strategy, product development, market research, development of marketing materials and has consulted to a wide variety of investment management firms. Amanda is currently serving on the AIMA Education Committee.
In Amanda’s previous positions at both JB Were and Macquarie she managed investment portfolios at times managing in excess of $2 Billion in funds under management. She was varyingly responsible for the management of Australian Equities, Cash, Fixed Interest and Property Securities Trusts as well as strategic asset allocation and strategy development for diversified funds.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Melbourne University and a Diploma in Financial Markets from FINSIA.

Stephen Hiscock
Stephen Hiscock is the Managing Director of SG Hiscock & Company, a fund manager with more than 4,000 clients, specialising in high conviction equity funds, REITs, and diversified individually managed portfolios.
He has 33 years experience in investment markets, including as Chief Investment Officer of National Asset Management (NAM), Head of NAM’s Australian Equities team (for 5 years) and Head of NAM’s Property Team. Prior to that he was at HSBC Asset Management in their Australian Equities team, and was a member of their Asset Allocation Committee. Since 2011, he has been a director of ASX listed Diversified United Investment Limited, and sits on a number of not-for-profit investment committees.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, has a Master of Applied Finance, and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
