About IPIF

Australia’s essential infrastructure assets – telecom, airports, toll roads, electrical grids and water plants – have a long history of delivering reliable returns. Yet many investors have had to forego the category thanks to lofty buy-ins and exclusive dealings. At IPIF, we didn’t think that was fair. So we put together unlisted infrastructure funds that Australian wholesale investors can actually get in to.

Founded in 2015, IPIF (Infrastructure Partners Investment Fund) currently manages nearly $200 million in investments. We have extensive experience in infrastructure, investment strategy, manager selection, and portfolio construction. We are independently owned and hold investments in the Funds ourselves. In a world filled with intangible concepts, IPIF’s funds are made up of real, concrete assets that play an essential role in our everyday lives.
